1.Application

Be applied to the flat printing for paper, glass, CD, nameplate, stickers, credit card, ceramic decal, PVC, PCB, SMT tin ointment, and membrane switch in electronic industry .It is also applicable to the flat printing such as golden and silver cardboard, metal sheet, and other products, which have high requirement in printing.

1.Vertical structure with the pneumatic driven printing plate goes up and down vertically, and the electronic driven print head moves left/right.

2. Single chip controlled circuit, printing and plate goes up and down using independent driving source.

3. Pneumatic controller controls the printing knife moves up and down, photocell eye controls the stroke.

4.Three modes: manual/semi-automatic /automatic, the break time of printing is digital controlled.

5. Independent printing head up-and-down movement device makes the installation and disassembly of scraper, ink blade, andscreen frame more convenient.

6. Double guide column clamps arm make the installation and adjustment of screen frame more convenient.
