Fabric banner is made by our sublimation print and heat transfer print department , The sublimation is directly printed on cloth, and then through oven of 180 degree centigrade high temperature to solidification ink, color bright. The first step of heat transformation is through sublimation printer to print on transfer paper, then use heat transfer printing machine printing the paper pattern on the cloth, the temperature of the heat transfer machine is around 230 degrees centigrade . Its color will be brighter than directly printing , and color lasts longer time .
The sublimation print uses sublimation ink , it is waterproof , its color don't fade within 2 to 5 years . And can be used to produce water base flag , beach flag, feather flag, teardrop flag , national flag , stringing flag, table flag, banner, hanging banner, L banner, X banner , roll up banner, fabric pop up banner ,light box banner , fabric display banner , tent , table cloth,tension fabric banner, fabric table etc .
