Properties of 7075 aluminum sheet7075 aluminum sheet (Al-Zn-Mg-Cu) belongs to super-hard aluminum. As a kind of cold finished wrought alloy, it has great strength and hardness. It’s far better than mild steel. This alloy has good mechanical properties and anode reaction. 7075 aluminum sheet as a typical kind of aerospace aluminum alloy material is usually used for high-end fields.
Alloy | Temper | Thickness(mm) | Width(mm) | Length(mm) | Typical products |
7075 aluminum sheet | O、T6、T651 | 0.2-300 | <1500 | <8000 | Golf head, mold, aircraft landing gear and other |
Features and Applications of 7075 aluminum sheet7075 super-hard alloy is the most representative one of 7000 series, is usually used as welding or aircraft materials. 7075 aluminum sheet is used for manufacturing of high-strength aircraft structures and other high-stress structural parts with great strength and strong corrosion resistance, such as lower wing panel, stringers, frame of the aircraft.
Packaging and Delivery:
Plastic film and brown paper can be covered at customers’ need. What’s more, wooden case or wooden pallet is adopted to protect products from damage during the delivery. There are two kinds of packaging, which is eye to wall or eye to sky. Customers can choose either of them for their convenience. Generally speaking, there are 2 tons in one package, and loading 18-22 tons in 1×20′ container, and 20-24 tons in 1×40′ container.
