Tips about raw materials:

The materials used to produce inflatable products are as follows:

• PVC series (the most widely used): pure PVC,Nylon laminating PVC, flocked PVC, PVC fabric.
• TPU series (Best in physical performance and quality, environment-friendliness and toxic free): Pure TPU (includes hydrolysis resistant TPU at high price which is applied to water related inflatable products, and hydrolysis non-resistant TPU at low price which is applied to water free ones), Nylon laminating TPU, flocked TPU and TPU fabric.
• PE nylon composite (good for exhibiting inflatable items, good for printing, food grade).

Successful case example: SPA Mattress Development and Production

Issue: In 2010, a client invested RMB2 million into developing ozone tub mattress and related machine. However, they could not make a qualified TPU sucking mattress.

• The water resistance of the previous raw material had underperformed.
• Because it was the manual operation to punch the air holes and meantime they were so tiny, some of them could not be well emptied through. As a result, the air could not completely pass through the holes.

Solution: After our analysis of the raw material and the usage of the product, we have done the jobs as follows:

• We have especially developed a new kind of water resistant TPU based on special formula.
• With laser machine, we perfectly punched 500 1mm-diameter air holes.
• With logo laser printing machine, we have made unique anti-counterfeiting series number for each product. (Printing unique and different number on each product)
• By raising the quality standard, we have made the contour of the product smooth.
