Q1: How do I pick the right cutlery?
A1: Cutlery with a length less than 15cm usually used for a take-out meal with small boxes, like desserts or fruits. Long cutlery can be used in picnic and banquets.
Q2: What are the differences between PP and PS cutlery?
A2: PS cutlery usually has high stiffness but fragile, it’s cold food friendly cutlery. PP cutlery has high impact resistance and less stiffness, it’s hot food friendly cutlery.
Q3: What is PLA or CPLA cutlery?
A3: Both of them are eco-friendly, 100% decomposable and biodegradable. Also, they are similar as PS cutlery, having high stiffness. But CPLA cutlery is hot food-friendly.
Q4: Is PS or PP cutlery decomposable or biodegradable?
A4: PS and PP cutlery are recyclable, decomposable and biodegradable.
Q5: Can I order a small quantity as the trial order?
A5: Yes, we accept small order of our existing cutlery.
Q6: Can I have the cutlery with my own embossment logo?
A6: Yes, we have strong experience in helping customers fulfill their design. We build around 30-40 different products for our customers every year.
Q7: Can I have a logo printed on the existing cutlery?
A7: It is not recommended to print a logo on the cutlery because of the concern of the contamination and high cost. Instead, a box is a more proper place to print the logo.
Q8: Is it expensive to customized cutlery?
A8: We can build cutlery based on customers’ demand and budget to find the best solution to satisfy customers.
Q9: How do I start the customized project?
A9: We accept 3D design drawings, hand drawings or referral. After fully understanding your idea, we can advise the length, usage, and design of your cutlery.
Q10: What’s the lead time for the customized project?
A10: In general, it will take 7-10 days to design the new cutlery and take another 30-40 days to build the tooling. If you need the prototype before building the tooling, it will need 5 more days.
