Q1: Could you decide the most suitable film for me depends on my product characteristic?

A: Yes, our engineers would work on this and decide what materials are the best for your product.

Q2: How is the time schedule for customized product?

A: 15 days for production and 5 days by airship or 20-30 days by sea shipment. However if it was urgent we could speed up the production.

Q3: If my own logo was required to print, what file format is needed to provide?

A: As long as you provide your design in software (Preferred Accepted:Adobe Illustrator - AI, EPS or PDF formats. All text and fonts converted to outlines;Corel Draw - Export files as AI. All text and fonts converted to curves;Freehand - Export files as EDITABLE EPS. All text and fonts converted to paths; Be sure to include all necessary linked images at high resolution in CMYK colormode) .Design that is at the exact imprint size desired, positioned correctly on the die line, with all fonts outlined, with colors properly separated.

Q4: Are you giving me samples for free?

A: Yes, after the price confired, samples are free of charge. However, the express fee is responsed by clients. If the formal order was large quantity, the express fee would be deducted form the order charge.
