 Difference Between Cast,Extruded and PS Sheet

•  Cast Acrylic sheet : 

1. Best quality in Acrylic sheet, extremely high molecular mass, Strong and Resilient.

2. Good for Laser, Engraving, CNC Cutting and Vacuum forming.

3. (Our 100% virgin quality are enough to be used as Light Guide Plate)

4. 100% virgin material Cast Acrylic sheet outdoor use could last for about 5-8 years

5.  70% virgin + 30% recycled material Cast acrylic sheet outdoor use last for about 3 years

6. Our quality are all Anti-UV

•  Extruded Acrylic sheet :  

1. Less quality than Cast Acrylic sheet, but stronger and lighter than Glass

2. Lower molecular mass, easier to vacuum form into shapes

3. Good for CNC Cutting and Vacuum forming

4. Thickness 5mm or less are also could be laser and engraving, but not as good as Cast
