Q2. What is the dimensions you can make?
A: Printing dimensions could be from A0 size to the smallest dimension you need. PS: die cut is manually operated,1-2mm difference in dimensions is regarded as normal. Please be aware of that.
Q3. What is the bleed you need for my design?
A: Please leave 2-3 mm bleed on each direction. That is,if you need your brochure to be 210x285 mm, please make your design (with bleed) in at least 214x289 mm,preferably in 216x291mm.
Q4. Can you print my design in RGB mode?
A: No. Please convert it to CMYK mode, our printers print only in CMYK mode.
Q5. Can you print my design according to Pantone numbers?
A: About Pantone numbers, if you need high requirement on color, we need to arrange a separate printing for you,the printing cost is many times higher than the listed prices.
Q6. What kind of design file you need?
A: Preferably in CDR or AI formated vector graphics, with all texts outlined.
If you can not provide your design in vector graphics,please send it in PDF,JPG or PSD at 300 DPI or above.
Q7. Can you design the flyers for me?
A: According to our previous practices,due to language and time zone difference, it is time-consuming to do design job for us,so we are sorry that we do not offer original design service for customers.But if you are clear about what kind of design you need and can provide us a sketch,or have an un-printable design, we could help re-design it into printable file,whether free or paid to design,depends on how much time our designer would have to work on that.
Q8: Do you have templates for me?
A: We have a templates site in Chinese language. If you need to check in there,please contact us for site address.
Q9. Can you print a sample for me before we order?
A: We do not offer free sample printing service for flyers. If you do need to check the paper and designing before ordering in bulk,we can print a sample by digital printer (there is sample charge). But we need to inform you that the digital printed sample has very limited reference value for products in bulk printing--their printing techniques are different,and printing ink used are different.
Q10: Can you print my order in 100% as my designed colors?
A: No.
Due to differences of display screens and current printing techniques,no printing house could guarentee their products be 100% as designed.
And most of the printing jobs displayed in our site, are done by Gang Run Printing (also called set-up printing,many different kinds of similar projects are printed in a same print run,so as to share set-up cost, thus reduce cost for each customer)
The color during printing is matched by the printer itself, since there are too many different color combinations in a print run, it is impossible for the printer to print each flyer as good as what is designed, usually all finished items have some color variation compared with their original design, up to 10%,if you need a rate from us.
Even for the same design in differenct print runs, there would be up to 10-15% in color difference.
If you do not allow normal color difference for your order, please be cautious to order.
Q11: Where can I send my design?

Q12: When could you print if I order to you?
A: After you send us your design,if it is good for printing,we will send back a printing proof of your design in JPG image for you to check details of your design,printing quantity etc, within 24 hours. When you confirm the proof, we will send your design to make printing film and then waiting to be printed.
Once printing proof file is confirmed,it can not be changed anymore.
Q13: When can I receive my order?
A: Basic flyers: 1-2 days;
Folding leaflets or brochures: 2-3 days
For special finishings like foil stamping or embossing: 1-3 days more
Express couriers: 3-10 days
Mail post service: 15-30 days
For example, if you order to us a tri-fold brochure, after printing proof confirmed, printing will take 2-3 days, shipping by UPS Expedited would take 5 days, so total 7-8 days. If you would ship by China Post, it would take more than 20 days.
Q14: Can you refund to me if there is problem with the order I received?
A: Shipping cost is much higher than printing job itself. We are quite aware of that,and do not want you to loose money. So,before shipping, we will send clear photos of the finished items to you for checking. We will not ship them until we got the confirmation from your part.
If you find something wrong on the printed item before we send, in case it is our mistake,we will re-print.
If you would find mistakes when you got the shipment, we could re-print for you at discounted price,and you need to pay the freight again.
PS: normal color difference will not be regarded as a kind of problem or defect.
If we send a wrong parcel to you, we would re-print and send again ,all at our cost.
