<p>The flag of cape Verde was inaugurated on 22 September 1992. The national flag is rectangular, with a ratio of about 5:3. The flag is blue, in the middle of the bottom of the white, red, white three ribbon across the flag, the bottom left of ten yellow stars formed a circle.
